His foray into the real estate sector commenced as an intern at Wemabod Estates Limited, where he gained invaluable insights and hands-on experience in the intricacies of property management and development. Building on this foundation, Mr. Koledoye honed his skills further during his tenure as an Estate Surveyor at Odudu and Company, a prestigious firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, where he dedicated three years of diligent service.

Driven by an unwavering commitment to excellence, Mr. Koledoye continued to elevate his career trajectory by joining Anene and Associates. Here, he assumed the role of an Estate Surveyor and showcased exemplary dedication and professionalism, which propelled him through the ranks. Currently serving as the Senior Estate Surveyor and Head of Business Development at the Lagos Island branch of the firm, Mr. Koledoye plays a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Koledoye is a firm believer in the power of continuous learning and self-improvement. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Lagos State University, Lagos State, further augmenting his knowledge and skills in business management and strategic leadership.
